We believe that architecture is a shared journey — one that begins with careful listening and grows through thoughtful collaboration.

Whether you’re creating a new home, reimagining a retail space, or shaping a cultural or commercial environment, our process is designed to guide you clearly and creatively from the first conversation to the final built work.

We work across a range of project types, including:

  • Custom residential homes and renovations

  • Retail, hospitality, and restaurant spaces

  • Office and workplace interiors

  • Cultural and community projects

  • We start with a free online consultation where we can get to know each other and discuss your project goals, values, and early ideas. Please use the scheduler on our home page to book an appointment. Before we meet, we invite you to review our Project Questionnaire to help you gather your thoughts.

  • Following our initial conversation, we’ll meet on-site to walk the project location, discuss aspirations and practical needs, and begin to explore possibilities. Rough measurements may be taken, and we’ll advise on any additional consultants needed. The insights from this visit allow us to prepare a thoughtful design proposal and fee structure for your project.

  • Based on what we learn together, we will send you a detailed proposal outlining a “Design Package” — a conceptual set of drawings you can use to begin conversations with contractors. Early cost estimates based on this package help ensure that the design vision and your budget are aligned from the beginning. Should you move forward, the design package is the first phase of full architectural services.

  • Comprehensive architectural services include all stages necessary to bring your project to life:

    • Design Development: We refine the design in close collaboration with you and your selected builder, creating visualizations and documents for budget verification and any required design reviews.

    • Construction Documentation: We produce clear, coordinated technical drawings and specifications, guiding the contractor and supporting building permit approvals.

    • Construction Observation: During construction, we visit the site periodically to review progress, address unforeseen issues, and ensure the project faithfully follows the design intent.
